Quadzilla

A fun, tough, and sore leg workout I came up with.

Body weight squat (just squat down with your hands on your head) 50 times then sprint 100m.
Body weight squat 45 times then sprint 100m.
Body weight squat 40 times then sprint 100m.
Body weight squat 35 times then sprint 100m.
Body weight squat 30 times then sprint 100m.
Body weight squat 25 times then sprint 100m.
Body weight squat 20 times then sprint 100m.
Body weight squat 15 times then sprint 100m.
Body weight squat 10 times then sprint 100m.
Body weight squat 5 times then sprint 100m.

Try not to stop on each set of squats!

Soreness Rating: Sore for 2-4 days, but not so sore you can’t walk

Goal: Start at 100 reps and work down
